Before you choose
Can I try a template before buying?
Preset examples are free to view without an account. Eligible new accounts receive 20K trial input tokens after verification, valid for 7 days from activation across Playground, Batch, and API.
How many requests will a pack cover?
It depends on the length of your text, questions, and answer options. Each run uses the input tokens actually processed. Pack totals are rounded for display, not a fixed number of requests.
What happens if I buy different packs?
Each pack adds tokens at its listed rate. Your existing tokens keep their value. Trial and purchased tokens stay separate; you choose which to use.

Limits apply per account across Playground, Batch, and API. Each batch row counts as one run. Trial requests also share a site-wide budget. The daily budget resets at 00:00 UTC; the cumulative limit still applies.
Can I request a refund?
Open a support ticket with your order ID and reason. Refund requests are reviewed individually; approval is not guaranteed. Approved unused-token refunds use the original order rate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
